I was determined to see if I could run the kind of agency that I would have wanted to work for when I first started out - somewhere safe which put the interests of the girls first. As is so often the case, I acted first and thought later ... I was about to enter a world that would turn out to be far more complex and murky than I could possibly have anticipated.
